A Simple Jacket

$20.00

You will use this easy-to-sew pattern over and over again—to make an unconstructed matching jacket for pants, a skirt, or a dress. The pattern also inspires a simple casual jacket, like the cat printed jacket shown here. It is cut in two main pieces plus the collar or facing of your choice. The beauty of the pattern is the bias cut in the back and square cut in the front.

With the addition of a shirt collar and stand and cuffs, the jacket can be styled as a shirt.

Yardage:  2 yards of 46″ width fabric and 1/2 yard of a contrasting fabric (optional).
